Planet IRMAI incorporates the planning, design, synchronization and visual management of IT Infrastructure with both ServiceNow and BMC Helix/Remedy ITSM  industry-leading service management tools to support best-practice ITSM principles.

The integrations support ServiceNow and BMC Helix/Remedy business workflow incident and change request processes with bidirectional links to the Planet IRM move, add, and change system (MAC).  CMDB synchronizations from Planet IRMAI to these ITSM tools is also available.  These integrations make available the comprehensive Planet IRMAI product library (with over 14,000 visually modeled products) providing enhanced technical specifications to the ServiceNow and BMC product discovery and CI catalogs and includes key product data such as environmental specifications (heat & power), dimensional specifications front and rear image data  with associated port and slot position locations accurately mapped and easily managed from each library image within a rack elevation.
