The following Tech Support Portals are available for Planet IRM Named Support Organization (NSO) Named Users and are available only to those with an active Annual Maintenance and Support Contract. These Portals allow you to communicate with the Planet support team.
Note: These Planet IRM Tech Support Portals are ONLY accessible via separate login and password assigned to designated Named Users from a customer’s Named Support Organization. This Portal is only necessary when support is required with respect to a specific incident.
