Planet® IRM to be used for AFRICOM bases in Germany, UK and Djibouti
Neptune, NJ – September 30, 2010 – Planet Associates Inc., the leading provider of Infrastructure Relationship Management (IRM) software and services for Enterprise Networks, has received a contract from the US Army Africa Command through SRA International. Planet IRM will be used to track and maintain critical IT assets located in multiple bases in Europe and Africa.

Planet IRM will be utilized as the visual IT infrastructure repository to provide configuration and change management capabilities for fiber optic and copper outside and inside plant, communications rooms, data centers, and workspaces. Planet IRM will be used to analyze mission critical infrastructure, move/add/change processing, and resource and space planning.
